We offer a broad range of standard colours across selected styles. Where a more precise brand match is required, we can also explore custom colour matching, including Pantone-based requirements, subject to the product specification and order quantity.

03. Can Mouzef Direct customise umbrellas with our logo or design?

Yes. Custom branding is a core part of our service. We can support logo application, colour coordination, print positioning, and selected bespoke design elements to ensure the final product reflects your brand professionally and effectively.

04. What file format should I send for artwork?

For the best printing result, we recommend artwork in AI, EPS, or high-resolution PDF format. These file types help maintain clarity, accuracy, and a cleaner finish on the final umbrella product.

05. What printing methods are available?

The most common methods include screen printing and digital printing, depending on the design complexity, number of colours, and material. We will recommend the most suitable method based on your artwork and the finish required.

06. What is the order process?

Our process is designed to be clear and efficient:
enquiry, quotation, approval, artwork visual, sample if required, order confirmation, payment, production, shipping, and delivery.
We guide clients through each stage to ensure confidence before production begins.

07. How long does production take?

For standard items and colours, production is typically completed within 7 to 14 working days after final approval. For more bespoke orders, special colour matching, or higher levels of customisation, lead times may be extended accordingly.

08. How long does delivery take?

Delivery timing depends on the selected product, order volume, and shipping route. In many cases, delivery follows within several days after dispatch. If you are working to an event date or deadline, we recommend notifying us early so we can advise the most suitable option.

09. Is there a minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantities vary depending on the umbrella style and the level of customisation required. We aim to remain flexible and will advise the most commercially suitable quantity based on your brief.

10. Can I order plain umbrellas without branding?

Yes. We also supply plain umbrellas where branding is not required. This can be a practical choice for quick-turnaround needs, general use, or unbranded resale requirements.

11. What are your payment terms?

Our standard arrangement is payment prior to production. For selected orders, phased payment terms may be discussed depending on the value, nature, and structure of the order.

12. How can I check the progress of my order?
