Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using this website or placing an order with Mouzef Direct.
These Terms & Conditions apply to the sale of products and related services supplied under the trading name Mouzef Direct, including plain umbrellas, branded umbrellas, customised umbrellas, custom football kits, teamwear, sportswear, branded apparel and related promotional products.
Mouzef Direct is a trading name of Mouzef Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under Company No. 16985283.
By placing an order with us and accepting our quotation, proforma invoice, or order confirmation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

In these Terms, “you” and “your” mean the customer placing the order, and “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Mouzef Ltd trading as Mouzef Direct.
2. Orders and contract
A contract between you and Mouzef Ltd trading as Mouzef Direct is formed when we confirm your order in writing, including by quotation acceptance, proforma invoice acceptance, email confirmation, or order confirmation.
All quotations are subject to confirmation and availability until accepted by us in writing.
Please use your quotation, invoice, or order reference whenever you contact us about your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where product availability, pricing, artwork, legal, supply, or production issues prevent us from fulfilling the order reasonably.
3. ProductsWe aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizes, materials and specifications shown on our website, quotations, catalogues, mock-ups or other materials are as accurate as possible. However:
product images and mock-ups are for illustrative purposes only;
colours may vary depending on screen settings, photography, lighting, fabric, material, printing method and production process;
final products may vary slightly from images, visuals, samples or digital proofs;
football kit colours, fabric shade, stitching, trim, badge position, print finish, sublimation finish and material weight may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes; and
umbrellas may vary slightly in handle finish, fabric shade, frame detail, print placement or material finish.
We may make minor changes to products where necessary for technical, manufacturing, supplier, import, safety, or availability reasons, provided the overall nature and intended use of the product are not materially affected.
4. Personalised and customised products
If you order branded, printed, embroidered, sublimated, or customised goods, you must provide accurate artwork, wording, logo files, branding instructions and order details.
Recommended file formats may include:
AI;
EPS;
PDF;
high-resolution JPEG or PNG;
PSD, where applicable;
vector logo files, where available; and
Pantone or colour references, where applicable.
For custom football kits, teamwear or sportswear, you are responsible for checking and approving all details before production, including:
sizes;
quantities;
colours;
player names;
numbers;
sponsor logos;
club badges or crests;
garment style;
fabric selection;
collar, sleeve and trim details;
print, sublimation or embroidery positions;
size charts;
order breakdowns; and
final layout or mock-up.
For branded umbrellas or promotional products, you are responsible for checking and approving all details before production, including:
logo position;
print size;
colour references;
umbrella type;
panel design;
handle style;
quantity;
artwork placement; and
final visual proof.
If suitable artwork is not available, we may assist with artwork recreation, adjustment, layout preparation or mock-up support. This may be provided free of charge or for an additional fee depending on the work involved.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
you own the rights to use any artwork, logo, wording, badge, crest, sponsor logo, player name, brand mark, design or content you provide, or have permission to use it;
the content does not infringe any third-party rights;
the content is not unlawful, offensive, misleading or inappropriate; and
all spelling, wording, layout, colours, sizes, quantities and details are correct before approval.
If we provide a visual proof, design mock-up, artwork approval, size list, name list, number list or production specification, it is your responsibility to check it carefully.
Once you approve the artwork, mock-up, size list, name list, number list, order specification or production details, Mouzef Ltd trading as Mouzef Direct is not responsible for errors contained in the approved information.
5. Prices
All prices will be set out in our quotation, proforma invoice, or order confirmation.
Unless stated otherwise:
prices are in pounds sterling;
prices exclude VAT unless clearly stated otherwise;
delivery, artwork, customisation, sampling, special packaging, design support, import charges or special services may be charged separately where applicable; and
prices are based on the specification, quantity and details provided at the quotation stage.
For football kits, teamwear and sportswear, prices may vary depending on fabric type, garment style, printing method, sublimation, embroidery, names, numbers, badges, sponsor logos, packaging, quantity and delivery requirements.
For umbrellas and promotional products, prices may vary depending on umbrella type, frame, fabric, print method, number of print positions, branding complexity, packaging, quantity and delivery requirements.
If Mouzef Ltd becomes VAT registered, VAT will be charged where legally required at the applicable rate.
6. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be made in full before production or dispatch.
Where different payment arrangements apply, such as a deposit and balance payment, those terms will be set out in the quotation, proforma invoice, or order confirmation.
If payment is not received on time, we may delay production, delay dispatch, suspend work, or cancel the order where appropriate.
Any bank charges, payment processing fees, currency conversion costs or failed payment charges are your responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Delivery
Delivery details, including the estimated delivery date and delivery location, will be confirmed as part of the order.
Any delivery date provided is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including:
courier delays;
supplier delays;
factory delays;
production queue delays;
fabric or material availability;
artwork approval delays;
customer response delays;
customs or import delays;
transport disruption;
incorrect delivery details provided by you;
severe weather;
industrial action; or
other events outside our reasonable control.
You should inspect all goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
8. Damages, shortages and order issues
Any damage, shortage, incorrect item, delivery issue or visible defect must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
Where possible, you should provide:
photographs of the goods;
photographs of the packaging;
delivery details;
order reference;
quantity affected;
size or product details affected; and
any other relevant information to help us investigate the issue.
For football kits, teamwear and sportswear, you must check all sizes, quantities, names, numbers, logos, badges and customisation details within the reporting period.
For umbrellas and promotional products, you must check quantities, branding, print position, colours and product condition within the reporting period.
If no notice is received within that period, the goods may be treated as accepted, without affecting your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
9. Returns and cancellations
Standard non-personalised goods may be considered for return or cancellation in accordance with applicable law and the agreed order terms.
Custom-made, branded, printed, embroidered, sublimated, or personalised goods are made to order. They are generally non-returnable and non-cancellable once artwork has been approved, materials have been ordered, or production has started, unless they are faulty or not supplied in accordance with the agreed specification.
This includes, but is not limited to:
custom football kits;
teamwear;
sportswear;
garments with names, numbers, logos, badges or sponsor branding;
branded umbrellas;
customised umbrellas;
printed promotional products; and
any product made to your approved specification.
If you request cancellation before production has started, we will review the request and confirm whether cancellation is possible. Any costs already incurred, including artwork, sampling, materials, administration, payment processing, or supplier charges, may be deducted from any refund.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
10. Ownership of goods
Goods remain the property of Mouzef Ltd until paid for in full.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
You must not resell, alter, distribute, or use the goods in a way that breaches any law, third-party rights, brand restrictions, sports association rules, or intellectual property rights.
11. Intellectual property
Any artwork, logo, badge, crest, sponsor mark, brand name, player name, design, wording or branding supplied by you remains your responsibility, and you confirm that you are authorised to use it.
You agree to indemnify Mouzef Ltd against any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from your use of unauthorised artwork, logos, badges, names, sponsor marks, copyrighted material, trademarks or other protected content.
Any designs, visuals, layouts, mock-ups, templates, artwork adjustments, website materials, product visuals or creative materials created by Mouzef Ltd trading as Mouzef Direct remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may not copy, reuse, modify, distribute or provide our designs, visuals, layouts or artwork to another supplier without our written permission.
12. Samples
Samples may be available on request, subject to availability and payment where applicable.
Samples are provided to help you assess general product type, quality, material, size, colour or finish. However, bulk production may vary slightly from samples due to manufacturing, material batches, printing methods or production processes.
Sample charges, delivery costs and related fees are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
13. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including transport disruption, supplier failure, factory delays, shortages, severe weather, industrial disputes, customs delays, import restrictions, government action, system failures, pandemics, or similar events.
Where such an event occurs, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact on your order.
14. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Subject to that, Mouzef Ltd trading as Mouzef Direct will not be liable for:
indirect or consequential loss;
loss of profit;
loss of business;
loss of opportunity;
reputational loss;
delay caused by matters outside our reasonable control; or
losses caused by incorrect information, artwork, sizes, names, numbers, logos, badges, colours or specifications approved by you.
Our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.
15. Website information
We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, product availability, specifications, colours, prices, delivery times and service details may change from time to time.
Website content is provided for general information only and does not form part of a contract unless expressly confirmed in our quotation, proforma invoice, or order confirmation.
16. Privacy
Your use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable Cookies Policy.
We may collect and process your personal information for purposes including order handling, quotation preparation, communication, payment processing, delivery, customer support and legal compliance.
17. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
